Abstract
Vision “The Puducherry-Viluppuram-Auroville- Cuddalore (PVAC) Sustainable Regional Planning Framework will establish a way forward for our unique and diverse communities to grow together as a single entity whilst promoting prosperity for all sections of society, enriching our quality of life, our culture, our heritage and our environment. It aims to be a model for the evolution of a new paradigm for development that is holistic, inclusive and balanced; and hinges upon making responsible choices in our communities today without diminishing our quality of life in the future.”
